Habitat4U provide high quality semi-independent accommodation and support worker services, to vulnerable young people aged 16 - 21 years.
Habitat4U’s semi-independent living provisions have 24 hour on-site support, staff cover.
Each of our shared accommodation has a homely setting which helps to promote a relaxing environment for the young persons. Habitat4U ensures greater service delivery through targeted support and engagement of the young persons with the aid of our experienced support team.
Habitat4U ensures that all our young persons are provided with accommodation that is safe and are supported by our experienced supprt workers, who enable them to develop key skills that prepare them for living independently.
Our tailored support packages help vulnerable young people to achieve better outcomes through education, training and health.
